How We Approach Alexandria Sites

Not client stories — the actual method we use on the three site types we clean most often in Alexandria 2015.

Corporate Office Alexandria NSW 2015Scope: Single suites through to whole floorsSchedule: Typically nightly or three nights a week

Multi-Floor Office Tenancies

What Usually Goes Wrong

The recurring complaint we are called about on office work is inconsistency: kitchens and bathrooms done properly one week and skipped the next, desks dusted around rather than cleared, and no way to tell whether a visit actually happened.

How We Set It Up

We write a room-by-room scope before quoting, assign a fixed crew and a named supervisor, and use colour-coded microfibre so kitchen, bathroom and desk cloths never cross over. Carpet extraction and internal glass are scheduled as separate dated line items rather than absorbed into the monthly figure.

What You Get

What the client gets is a written scope they signed, a checklist signed off after every visit, a named supervisor to call, and a fixed monthly price that does not move unless the scope does. Defects raised are closed out within 48 hours.

Warehouse & Logistics Alexandria NSW 2015Scope: Warehouse floor plus attached amenities and adminSchedule: Usually split shifts around operating hours

Warehouse and Distribution Floors

What Usually Goes Wrong

Warehouse work fails for two reasons: cleaners who cannot work safely around live forklift and racking movement, and equipment too small for the floor area, which turns a scheduled scrub into a partial one.

How We Set It Up

Crews are inducted to the site safety plan before their first shift and work to agreed exclusion zones and traffic-management rules. Floors are machine-scrubbed rather than mopped, amenities and lunchrooms are sanitised daily, and external hardstand pressure washing is quoted as a separate periodic line.

What You Get

The deliverable is a documented induction for every attending cleaner, a scope that names which zones are cleaned in which shift, and a periodic schedule for machine work so it is visible on the invoice rather than assumed.

Medical & Healthcare Alexandria NSW 2015Scope: Waiting areas, consulting rooms and treatment spacesSchedule: Generally daily, after last patient

Consulting Rooms and Clinical Suites

What Usually Goes Wrong

Practice managers are usually not worried about appearance. They are worried about being able to evidence infection-control practice at accreditation, and about waiting-room equipment being cleaned with the same cloths as clinical surfaces.

How We Set It Up

Clean and dirty workflows are separated with zone-specific colour-coded equipment. TGA-listed hospital-grade disinfectants are used on clinical surfaces, with the product list and safety data sheets supplied to the practice. Every attendance ends with a dated sign-off sheet the practice keeps on file.

What You Get

The practice ends up with a chemical register, staff induction records including police checks, a signed record for every visit, and a written scope naming which surfaces are treated as clinical. That is the evidence an assessor asks to see.
