Which parts of Alexandria do you cover?

How quickly can you start?
A walkthrough is usually available within two business days and a written scope follows within 24 hours of that visit. For an ongoing contract, a realistic start is seven to ten days from acceptance because keys, access, inductions and rostering all have to be set up properly. One-off work such as a bond clean or a carpet extraction can often be done inside the same week.
Do I have to sign a lock-in contract?
No. Every Alexandria agreement is month-to-month with 30 days written notice on either side. Rates are held for the first twelve months, and any later increase is notified 60 days in advance with the reason stated.
Are your cleaners insured and police-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner holds a current national police check, and cleaners on school or childcare sites also hold a NSW Working with Children Check. Pro Clean Corp carries $20M public liability insurance plus workers compensation, and certificates of currency are supplied before the first shift.
What happens if something is missed?
Report it and the supervisor closes it out within 48 hours at no charge. Every site gets a monthly photo audit against the written scope and a defect log, so recurring issues get fixed structurally rather than being re-reported every month.
Do you clean homes as well as businesses?
We focus on commercial sites and on the domestic-adjacent work that sits next to them — end of lease and bond cleans, carpet extraction, and window cleaning for the apartments in the Alexandria conversions. Regular weekly housekeeping is not our core service, and we will say so rather than take the booking and under-deliver.
How a quote actually works here
We do not quote cleaning over the phone from a floor area, because in Alexandria that number tells you very little. A 300 square metre tenancy in a converted printworks with one bathroom and a kitchenette is a different job to a 300 square metre clinic with four consult rooms and two amenity blocks, and the second takes roughly double the hours. So the process is: a walkthrough at a time that shows the site under normal load, a written room-by-room scope, an assessed hours figure, and a flat monthly price averaged across twelve months. You approve the scope before anyone starts work.
Two Alexandria-specific things come up in almost every walkthrough. The first is the initial deep clean — old concrete, neglected grout and years of high-level dust in a converted building are not an ongoing-rate job, and we price that first pass separately instead of burying it. The second is access. Whether a site can be cleaned at 6pm or only between 11pm and 4am changes the cost materially, and it is better to establish that on day one than to discover it in month three.
